This week we are upping our offerings for pick up at the HQ in Silver Lake, or the option for delivery within 10 miles of Silver Lake.  And we are adding one of our fan favorite burgers for all your Memorial Day BBQ needs!!

Let us know the date and time you are looking for from Wednesday May 20 through Sunday May 24.  Offerings are available those days from Noon to 6pm.

This week we have Chris’s famous Steakhouse Burger, which won the LA Times Burger Battle in 2013.  The burger was also featured at Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak in LA for Burger Month 2019.  It consists of ground ribeye steak, caramelized onions, Madeira wine sauteed mushrooms and homemade Madeira wine steak sauce.  On our housemade brioche bun.  Option to have it protein style in lieu of a bun.  The bun is made with flour, butter, milk and eggs.

There is also our eggplant/porcini mushroom veggie burger for the non meat eaters.  It includes the aforementioned caramelized onions and our steak sauce.  On the homemade Brioche Bun, or protein style.

Both burger options come with a side Cesar Salad, including Christy’s soon to be famous dressing.  No anchovies, but does include egg and cheese.  You can also add an extra order of salad and dressing as well.

In addition this week’s pasta offering is a Cacio e Pepe meal kit, regular or gluten free.  This comes with all the parts to create the dish.  Our fresh pasta, butter, pepper and cheese.  Each order is a full size dinner portion, around 100G.  It can be split between two as a side dish or a starter.  But each order is enough to fill up one person.

Fill out the registration form with the options you want, and the time, and you will get a response back from us to confirm.  If you do not get a confirmation, the order has not gone through.  Just give us a little time, as it is just the two of us running this operation!  Cheers everyone!!!
