We had such a overwhelming amount of support for our meal kits last week of Steakhouse Burger, Eggplant/Porcini Burger and Cacio e Pepe, we needed to take a weekend off to regroup and stay off our feet for a little bit!!  So thank you everyone who ordered!!  This week everything comes to you cooked and ready to go!!  No need to fire up the grill or stove for this one!!  Literally grab and GO!!!

-This next week we have three items up for your dining pleasure.  The main course is a big and hearty early summer salad with or without our 24 hour marinated grilled skirt steak.  It comes with arugula, cubed apple, aged manchego, cherry tomatoes, and a charred sweet onion vinaigrette.

-Then on Saturday June 6 we will also have a super duper special!!! Our very own SMOKED BRISKET! We will be start the smoking the night before and get it done low and slow!  Orders will  be ready starting at 1pm Saturday and Saturday only!  Order yours now until it’s sold out!  You can get it by the pound or half pound and get one side with it, either Chris’s famous Mac’N’Cheese or our vinegar based old school coleslaw!  You can add on these as extra sides as well!

As with our last meal kits, they will be ready for pickup in Silver Lake, or for a small fee delivery within 10 miles of Silver Lake.  Please specify on the payment screen when you are looking for pickup or delivery.  We will respond back to that to set it up!

Also, each order is per one person.  Please select which side you want with your brisket, first one is free, then add-on for each additional order you request!  Thank you!
